What Makes This Role Unique?
This is not a traditional admin role—it's a dynamic, hands-on position for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on solving problems, doesn’t mind doing all kinds of different tasks to make the President’s day to day easier, supports administrative functions, and can get things done!
This is not a traditional admin role – it’s a dynamic, hands-on position for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on problem-solving independently, and can work with minimal direction.
Key Responsibilities
• Taking things off the President’s plate so that he can focus on the things that impact the company the most
• Functions as his go-to problem solver for administrative type tasks
• Handles a range of responsibilities across business operations, special projects, personal tasks and day to day operations
• Troubleshoot and solve administrative and project based tasks without needing direction
o Example: If his Adobe isn’t working, following up with our 3rd party IT vendor to get it resolved so that he isn’t going back and forth with them
o Example: Purchasing and coordinating shipment of a piece of equipment and tracking it to ensure it’s on time
• Checking Hubspot, our CRM, and ensuring correspondence goes out as needed for our sales and marketing efforts
• Liase between the President and internal teams
• Scan, file, copy things for President and other functions as requested
• Coordinate meetings internally and externally
Qualifications
• Experience in an administrative role or support function
• Organized with attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and follow-through abilities
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
• Comfortable with a computer and all of the Microsoft functions
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems/tools
• Flexible and willing “to do what it takes”
• Can maintain confidentiality at all times
