Job Title: Buyer

**Pay Rate:** $32.06 – $38.16 per hour

**Contract Duration:** 6 months

Are you detail-oriented, driven, and passionate about procurement? Join our team as a **Buyer** , where you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth purchasing operations and supporting essential projects.

What You’ll Do

+ Manage straightforward procurement projects, contracts, and bids for goods and services.

+ Prepare Requests for Quotes and Invitations for Bids, evaluate proposals, and participate in vendor selection.

+ Negotiate and issue purchase orders and basic contracts, ensuring compliance with policies.

+ Collaborate with internal teams to understand budgeting needs and provide accurate pricing estimates.

+ Analyze purchasing history and expedite deliveries to keep projects on track.

What We’re Looking For

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration (or equivalent experience).

+ Minimum of **3 years of professional governmental purchasing experience** .

+ Strong integrity, technical expertise, and ability to work collaboratively.

+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
