    Adecco is hiring Machine Operators for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Swannanoa, North Carolina at one of our premier manufacturing clients. If you have mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and enjoy hands-on work, this could be the perfect fit for you!

    Job Summary

    As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in production by setting up, operating, and maintaining cutting, forming, and machining tools to manufacture precision metal or plastic parts. You’ll help keep the production line running efficiently while meeting quality, safety, and performance goals.

    Responsibilities

    • Operate and monitor lathes, mills, grinders, drills, presses, and auxiliary machines

    • Inspect and measure workpieces to ensure product quality and accuracy

    • Read blueprints, schematics, and job orders to determine specifications and sequences

    • Adjust or replace machine tools, accessories, and holding devices as needed

    • Perform basic preventive maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly

    • Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety guidelines

    Qualifications

    • Education: High School Diploma or GED (required)

    • Experience: 0–2 years of experience as a Machine Operator, CNC Operator, or Production Worker

    • Basic knowledge of machining, tools, and manufacturing processes

    • Ability to read blueprints and follow written work instructions

    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

    Job Details

    • **Pay Rate:** $17.00 per hour

    • **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

    • **Assignment Type:** Temp-to-Hire

    • **Location:** Warren Wilson Rd, Swannanoa, NC 28778

    **Pay Details:** $17.00 to $16.00 per hour
