Adecco is currently assisting one of its top clients in their search for a **Product Operations Specialist** working in **MOUNTAIN VIEW CA 94043 (Hybrid)**
Pay Range:- $110 - 120/ hour
Shift Time:- 8 AM– 5 PM (MON-FRI)
About the Role
We are looking for a **Product Operations Specialist** to manage key projects and support multiple initiatives. This role focuses on driving day-to-day execution, analyzing data, and improving processes to ensure smooth operations. You will work closely with product managers, leadership, and cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver impactful results.
_Key Responsibilities_
+ Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
+ Provide insights on market trends and competitive landscape to guide product strategy.
+ Track and report key metrics (OKRs, budgets, headcount) and recommend improvements.
+ Identify and solve operational challenges by creating efficient processes.
+ Collaborate with leadership and teams to implement recommendations and drive alignment.
+ Prepare clear, accurate reports and updates for stakeholders.
+ Support annual planning activities, including budgeting and resource allocation.
_Qualifications_
+ Strong skills in strategy, analytics, and problem-solving.
+ Experience in operations and project management.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
+ Familiarity with product management tools and processes is a plus.
**Pay Details:** $110.00 to $120.00 per hour
