    Responsibilities

    + Evaluate materials, building products, constructability, and processes.

    + Produce detailed construction documents for projects.

    + Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Refrigeration, and Structural disciplines.

    + Develop and assist in client and peer presentations.

    + Attend project and studio meetings.

    + Build, develop, and maintain client relations.

    + Assist in problem-solving of production issues.

    + Ensure the success of projects.

    + Review architectural designs, production documents, and construction change directives.

    + Conduct site scopes, observation trips, and generate field reports.

    Essential Skills

    + Strong communication skills.

    + Experience mentoring others.

    + Professional accredited degree in Architecture preferred.

    + Licensure required.

    + Desire to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to understand and communicate complex architectural issues.

    + Creative and critical thinking skills.

    + Graphical communication skills for concepts and ideas.

    + Detail-oriented with a commitment to confidentiality.

    + Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    + Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

    + Desire to mentor and teach emerging professionals.

    Work Environment

    This position is based in the Phoenix office. The firm is employee-owned, promoting a collaborative and supportive work culture. We offer licensure support through study materials and reimbursements, along with internal training seminars including multiple lunch and learn sessions.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $80.00/hr.
