    Job Description

    Join a dedicated team offering traffic control services focused on the safety of workers, motorists, and pedestrians. Be a part of a highly trained crew ensuring safe work zones and effective traffic patterns. The team is well-versed in the latest regulations and safety measures, providing exceptional traffic control services to contractors, utility companies, and local boroughs.

    Responsibilities

    + Inform motorists of possible detour routes.

    + Ensure the safety of all construction crew members.

    + Set up and tear down the site at the beginning and end of each day.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in safety protocols.

    + Traffic management skills.

    + Experience in general labor and flagging.

    + Familiarity with hand tools.

    Work Environment

     

    This role is based outdoors, requiring resilience to seasonal weather conditions such as heat in summer, cold in winter, and wetness during rain. It involves working in diverse environments typical of construction and traffic management sites.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reading, PA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
