Job Title: Production Operator
Job Description
You will be responsible for unloading materials from incoming vehicles and stacking them in assigned locations while adhering to safety standards. Your role will also include moving pallets to and from the assembly line and maintaining safety protocols.
Responsibilities
+ Unload materials from incoming vehicles and stack them in assigned locations.
+ Move pallets to and from the assembly line to designated locations according to safety standards.
+ Perform all Production Team Member duties and responsibilities.
+ Maintain safety rules and ensure a valid fork truck certification is carried at all times.
+ Complete all pre and post shift checklists or inspections.
+ Receive all incoming freight and process necessary paperwork.
+ Supply Production with all necessary parts.
+ Off-load deliveries of tires, wheels, and other raw materials.
+ Inspect tires, wheels, other parts, and finished assemblies according to inspection standards.
+ Maintain sequence and communicate with internal customers to ensure accuracy of finished goods.
+ Complete all working documentation, records, reports, etc. as requested.
+ Perform troubleshooting, problem-solving, and countermeasure activities as necessary.
+ Ensure the work environment is safe and clean at all times.
+ Serve as backup for production when needed.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Paris, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
