Job Title: CDL Driver

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CDL Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating dump trucks to transport materials efficiently and safely to and from various job sites. You will work closely with crew members to ensure projects are completed on time and to high quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

+ Safely operate end dump trucks to transport materials to and from job sites.

+ Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects on time and to quality standards.

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all company safety protocols.

+ Communicate professionally with customers and team members.

+ Perform additional duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

+ Class A CDL with air brake endorsement.

+ Experience in safe truck operation, including maneuvering, loading, and unloading.

+ Proficiency in load transport and pre-trip inspections.

+ Strong communication and organization skills.

+ Ability to maintain vehicle compliance with FMCSA standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 2 years of experience driving end dump trucks.

+ Clean driving record and ability to pass mandatory FMCSA drug screening.

+ Willingness to work extended hours as needed.

+ Reliable transportation to and from work.

+ Ability to wear appropriate PPE as required.

+ OSHA 10 certification (can be obtained post-hire).

+ Physical ability for full range of mobility, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $56160.00/yr.
