    Electrical Supervisor – Up to $100K | Great Company | Brand-New Facility

     

    We’re hiring an experienced **Electrical Supervisor** to lead a skilled maintenance team in a **state-of-the-art facility** . If you know electrical systems inside and out and want to work for a company that values safety, quality, and its people—this is your shot.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Lead and train the electrical maintenance crew.

    + Oversee power distribution, lighting, control systems, and automation.

    + Keep things running safely, reliably, and efficiently.

    + Handle planning, purchasing, scheduling, and documentation.

    + Make sure everything’s up to code (OSHA, NFPA 70E, NEC).

    + Work with leadership to improve systems and hit budget goals.

    What You Need:

    + Strong electrical knowledge: troubleshooting, schematics, motors, conduit.

    + Experience in industrial or food processing environments is a plus.

    + Leadership skills and ability to manage a team.

    + Familiarity with safety and food safety programs (HACCP, GMPs).

    + Degree preferred, but solid experience counts.

    The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
