    Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Assembler to join our team. This role requires proficiency in blueprint reading and experience in assembling tightly tolerance assemblies. The position involves building machines that create chips for electronics and medical devices. You will work in a clean, climate-controlled facility in Huntersville, NC, using hand tools and power tools.

    Responsibilities

    + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to assemble machines from scratch.

    + Build complex electromechanical assemblies.

    + Use calipers and micrometers accurately.

    + Select and use various power tools correctly.

    + Work on your feet all day, involving bending, reaching, and squatting.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in blueprint reading.

    + Experience in building tightly tolerance assemblies.

    + Knowledge of calipers and micrometers.

    + Ability to use hand and power tools.

    + Comfortable with different assembly techniques.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with electronic assembly and machine building.

    + General labor, wiring, and sub-assembly experience.

    + No formal education or certifications required.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is very clean and climate-controlled. The standard working hours are from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of additional work during the week and occasionally on weekends.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntersville, NC.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
