Description We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Dayton, Ohio, for a Contract to permanent position within the manufacturing industry. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with business systems, sales, and marketing processes, ensuring efficiency and innovation. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in process automation and system management while collaborating with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary expert on sales and marketing business systems, ensuring effective operation and optimization.

• Configure, onboard, and provide ongoing support for marketing automation tools and related platforms.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to identify and implement process enhancements.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including standard operating procedures and workflow diagrams.

• Monitor emerging technologies and tools to identify opportunities for improving business operations.

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and plans to ensure successful implementation.

• Offer system support by resolving user issues, managing tickets, and delivering training sessions to end users. Requirements • Hands-on experience with administering marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, and similar platforms.

• Knowledge of Configure Price Quote (CPQ) systems and tools like DealHub.

• Demonstrated ability to create and implement process automations and workflow solutions.

• Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Self-driven and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
