    Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist in Boca Raton, FL. In this role, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Engage with customers through various touch points and applications.

    • Order placement –high volume multi-line and bulk ordering

    • Research, validate and process claim requests,

    • Act with an appropriate sense of urgency to resolve and satisfy customer needs and timelines.

    • Serve the internal Sales team with customer needs and requests.

    • Maintain client confidentiality and account security measures.

    • Receive and accurately process all online requests for online account registrations.

    • Communicate via email with customers.

    • Communicate all Sales Leads with Sales in accordance with established criteria.

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • Claims processing or related “processing” experience.

    • At least 2 years Customer Service.

    • Salesforce or similar CRM experience

    • Display exemplary attention to detail.

    • Exhibit excellent problem resolution and critical thinking skills.

    • Able to demonstrate observable self-drive, and skilled to work independently.

    • Build and demonstrate expertise – maintain strong product and process knowledge.
