    Description

    Our client in San Diego, CA is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join their growing team. In this role, you will deliver a broad range of HR support, helping shape an engaging and productive workplace. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated HR professional to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Administer employee onboarding, benefits, and payroll processes

    + Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and new employee orientations

    + Support talent management, performance reviews, and employee relations

    + Maintain HRIS records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

    + Facilitate training and development programs

    + Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters

    + Help drive diversity, inclusion, and engagement initiatives

    Requirements

    + Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in human resources

    + Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and programs

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced setting

    + Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
