Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and handling inquiries with professionalism. Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring all issues are addressed effectively.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry systems.

• Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems and offering appropriate solutions.

• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and ensure a seamless workflow.

• Provide detailed information about products or services to assist customers in making informed decisions.

• Follow company guidelines and procedures to deliver consistent and high-quality service.

• Monitor and report recurring customer issues to supervisors for further analysis.

• Adapt to evolving customer needs and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Assist with administrative duties related to customer service operations as needed.

• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company policies and product knowledge. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or related roles.

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.

• Proficiency in using customer service software and data management tools.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
