As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will work closely with a team of recruiters in a dynamic and fast-paced recruiting organization. You will be an essential partner in managing recruiting activities and building relationships with candidates, often providing their first impression of the company. This role requires you to be an organizational guru, work effectively with both internal and external clients, and possess exceptional communication skills. The ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals is crucial. Responsibilities
+ Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers, and arrange travel for visiting candidates when necessary.
+ Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirm new hires.
+ Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding recruiting status via phone and email.
+ Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly report.
+ Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials.
+ Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
+ Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
Essential Skills
+ 1 year of recruiting coordinator or coordination experience.
+ Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ Bachelor's degree.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Excellent customer focus, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Arlington, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
