Description

• Experience with SQL or Advanced Excel Skills. Ability to manipulate and interpret data. Utilizing SQL and Excel for data graphs, diagrams, charts etc.

• Provide hands-on support across hardware, software, networking, and cloud systems

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues spanning multiple platforms and environments

• Manage and maintain servers, workstations, and mobile devices with minimal supervision

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize IT solutions

• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various systems

• Support cybersecurity initiatives including patching, monitoring, and incident response

• Evaluate and deploy new technologies to improve operational efficiency

• Participate in IT projects ranging from infrastructure upgrades to software & platform rollouts

• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for procurement, support, and project delivery

• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and wear multiple hats as needed

• ERP & Crystal/SSRS/SQL report writing a plus
