    What You Bring:

    + A high school diploma or equivalent.

    + 2+ years in customer service (retail, hospitality, or similar).

    + Strong communication skills—empathetic, professional, and clear.

    + Tech-savvy mindset with comfort in Windows and Microsoft Office.
