    What You’ll Do:

    + Be the first point of contact: Handle inbound calls, assist with mobile and online banking, and perform routine financial transactions.

    + Solve and support: Triage complex inquiries to specialized teams while ensuring members feel heard and supported.

    What You Bring:

    + A high school diploma or equivalent.

    + 2+ years in customer service (retail, hospitality, or similar).

    + Strong communication skills—empathetic, professional, and clear.
