_POSITION SUMMARY:_

The CNC Technician cut bulk material into pieces from pre-determined patterns or instructions, using a CNC router, manual, and power woodshop tools.

_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_

+ Operates and understands the procedures for the CNC Router.

+ Works safely and efficiently, meeting all set tack times.

+ Read and understand work orders.

+ Programs CNC router for production run as required for individual boats

+ Looks at all parts for defects and keeps quality always minded.

+ Combines cut parts by boat in preparation of delivery to warehouse

+ Performs daily cleaning and maintenance tasks on cutting equipment

+ ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

_EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:_

+ Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

_KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:_

+ Understand written and verbal instructions

+ Good time Management

+ Good communication skills

+ Ability to multi-task

+ Knowledgeable of production requirements and safe work practices
