As an **Automation Test Engineer – Insurance/Claims Domain** , you will make an impact by leading the design and implementation of scalable test automation solutions across web, mobile, and API layers. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering and Assurance team and work collaboratively with developers, business analysts, and client stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery in the insurance and claims domain.
In this role, you will
Lead the development and enhancement of automation frameworks across UI, web services, and mobile platforms.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to drive resolution.
Build engineering metrics and root cause analysis reports to improve test effectiveness.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Implement DevOps-aligned automation strategies, integrating with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
Monitor testing progress and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

What you need to have to be considered
6 - 8 years of experience in automation testing across web, middleware, and database layers.
Strong programming skills in Java with foundational knowledge of Java-Spring concepts.
Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cucumber, Jenkins, GitHub, Maven, and JavaScript.
**Experience in the insurance or claims domain, including policy lifecycle and claims adjudication** .
Proven ability to lead automation teams and deliver client-focused solutions.
Experience with test management tools such as Rally, ALM, and Jira.
This will help you stand out
Experience in building and implementing complex automation frameworks.
Exposure to DevOps practices and continuous integration/testing environments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to build engineering metrics and RCA reports.
Ability to mentor teams and drive innovation in test automation.
Passion for staying updated with the latest testing trends and technologies.
