Behavior Technician – Make a Meaningful Impact
We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team and support children and adults with special needs in educational and therapeutic settings. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with school staff, therapists, and other professionals to help individuals achieve their behavioral and learning goals.
Position Highlights: As a Behavior Technician, you will:
+ Provide direct support tailored to each individual's developmental and behavioral needs
+ Implement personalized strategies to promote independence and skill-building
+ Collaborate with educators and clinicians to carry out care plans
+ Monitor progress and contribute to ongoing adjustments in support strategies
Compensation:
+ $21–$25 per hour, based on experience
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or GED (required)
+ Minimum of 2 years experience working with pediatric populations (preferred)
+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)
+ Completion of TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray, as applicable)
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local compliance standards
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
