Job Overview
This position provides general administrative support to New Development and Marketing, including the Cooperative Development.
Responsibilities
Provides administrative support:
+ Provides general administrative support including typing (PPT presentations), copying, filing, maintaining office supplies, manual assembly
+ Writes correspondence
+ Formats and updates manuals
+ Maintains EMS management biographies
+ P-card set up for assigned managers
+ CRM data entry for Marketing/Sales client information
+ Serves as secondary back-up to Corporate Receptionist.
Project Coordination
+ Intakes all new development inquiry calls, manages interest lists and updates/sends out new development information
+ Performs administrative work related to various policy and reference manuals (includes word processing, formatting, assembly, copying, distribution, etc.)
+ Coordinates scheduling and logistics for various educational programs
+ Assists with site events
+ Assists in management/planning of monthly and quarterly Marketing and Sales meetings
+ Manages promotional giveaways to developers and for sponsored events
New development support
+ Meeting planning and Support (Scheduling, Menu, RSVPs, supporting equipment and supplies)
+ Support for Member/Client related events (socials, "Key Days", Grand Openings, Open Houses)
+ Support of initial Sales calls, inquiries and entry into CRM
+ Support for on-going member/client communications
+ Vendor file set up/vendor account set up
+ Data Management of Prospective and Member information (for communications)
General Administrative Support
+ Manages calendars for assigned leaders and assists to schedule meetings.
+ Files and faxes
+ Processes invoices
+ P-Card (travel & entertainment), may arrange travel as needed
Required Qualifications
+ 5 years Administrative Assistant experience
