    If you have a passion for making a positive change in your community, Lutheran Services in Iowa is looking for you. Our Mental Health team is looking for a compassionate, dedicated full-time Program Supervisor to make an impact in the lives of others.

    DUTIES

    Supervise community based therapist that provide direct therapy service to assigned clients. Responsible for reviewing case notes, monitoring compliance reviews, and other case management supervision. The program supervisor will maintain effective relationships with community partners and referral sources. Maintain a working caseload providing direct therapy services including but not limited to developing treatment plans which fully address the mental health needs identified through the assessment and diagnosis that results in an improvement in functioning for the client.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling. Must possess a temporary or full license to provide mental health services. Plus a minimum of two years full-time related experience. Proven record of supervisory experience preferred.

     

    This position requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, a good driving record and the ability to pass an extensive background check including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, Sex Offender registry and a criminal history check.
