The Role:
The Distribution Clerk supports the daily administrative and customer service functions within the distribution center. This role manages incoming communication to the shared mailbox, ensuring timely and professional responses to both internal and external inquiries. The clerk assists with order tracking, shipment status updates, and coordination across departments to resolve issues efficiently.
Core Responsibilities:
To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
+ Monitor and manage the DC shared email inbox; ensure timely, accurate, and professional responses.
+ Partner with Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory teams to resolve customer or internal inquiries.
+ Update SAP transactions, reports, or shipment records as needed (training available).
+ Assist with cycle counts, reconciliation, and order documentation when necessary.
+ Provide general administrative support for the DC, including reporting, filing, and communication tracking.
+ Uphold strong attention to detail and ownership of inquiries from start to resolution.
+ Other duties as assigned by management/supervisor
Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving, or similar role
+ ERP system experience, SAP preferred
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with cross-functional communication.
+ Forklift experience preferred
+ Cycle counting experience preferred
+ Strong written communication and email etiquette required.

The estimated pay range for this position is $18/hr. to $22/hr.. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location.
