Job Description

The Director of Physician Recruitment leads physician and mid-level provider recruitment and retention programs to meet organizational goals. Develops recruitment strategies and collaborates with leadership on candidate selection. Ensures all onboarding steps are completed for new providers and oversees their integration into clinic systems and the community. Creates retention initiatives to foster strong medical staff relationships and build patient trust in clinic services.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or Public Health

5+ years in Physician Recruitment and 3+ years supervising staff Preferred:

• Masters Degree

• CPRP Certification

• Strong customer service experience
