Clinical Manager – RN

Salary Range: $90,000 – $95,000 + $16,600 Annual Bonus Potential (paid quarterly)

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Manager to oversee the assignment and management of Clinical Supervisors, ensuring high-quality care coordination and compliance across client populations. This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned RN with a passion for clinical excellence and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assign and manage Clinical Supervisors across client populations

+ Oversee care coordination, orientation, and clinical quality initiatives

+ Ensure compliance with contracts, programs, and regulatory requirements

+ Support quality and budget management efforts

+ Lead hiring, training, and development of clinical staff

+ Prepare for and participate in regulatory audits (e.g., Joint Commission, ACHC)

+ Maintain accurate documentation and uphold internal standards

Qualifications:

+ Active RN license (in applicable states)

+ Minimum 2 years of home care experience; 1 year of supervisory experience preferred

+ Experience in quality and budget management preferred

+ Strong leadership and communication skills

+ Familiarity with regulatory audits and compliance standards

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy

+ Fluency in English required

+ Must meet all federal, state, local, and internal requirements
