Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a **Food Service Manager 3** to lead our dynamic team at PIH Good Samaritan Hospital in Los Angeles, CA. In this role, you will oversee daily food service operations, manage staff through hiring and training, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards for food safety and quality. What You'll Do

+ Manage daily food service operations and provide oversight for hourly employees.

+ Hire, train, and schedule staff while fostering a fun, teamwork-focused environment.

+ Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with Sodexo guidelines.

+ Oversee inventory, purchasing, and budget management; assist with Gold Checks and food audits.

+ Resolve customer complaints and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degreeor equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
