PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. in partnership with a Fortune 500 company, is looking to hire Mold Maintenance Technicians to work in the Foothill Ranch area. These long term/temp to hire roles won’t last long! Apply Today!

+ Pay Rate = $32-33/hour

Core Responsibilities:

+ Maintain high quality tooling through preventative maintenance, minor repair, and visual evaluation

+ Responsible for the correct disassembly and assembly molds in a safe and timely manner

+ Ability to clean molds and assist Maintenance Technicians when needed.

+ Utilize measuring equipment that include micrometers, calipers, height gage, bore micrometers, etc.

+ Maintain all tools and equipment that are used including the daily cleaning of tool room machinery.

+ Assist in maintaining records on the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)

+ Ability to operate a Surface grinder and Bridgeport/Lathe within tight tolerances

+ Knowledge of Manifold systems Example: Mold Master, Synventive, etc.

+ Meticulous attention to quality and safety standards

+ Strong time management skills to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

+ Expert blueprint and CAD drawing interpretation

+ Proficiency in using precision measuring tools for quality control inspections

+ Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt to new challenges

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma/GED

+ 3-5+ years of Machine Maintenance experience

+ Tool making certificate working in die cast or plastic injection molding preferred

**Pay Details:** $33.20 per hour
