Iron Mountain is seeking a **transformational** Senior Director, Inside Sales to join our **Global Sales** team.
In this role, you will be responsible for **driving organizational transformation by expanding the Inside Sales function into a scalable, high-performing growth engine, and ensuring the achievement of multi-year revenue plans.**
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
+ Define and execute a purpose-fit strategy for the Inside Sales team across all targeted market segments, ensuring annual and multi-year revenue goals are exceeded.
+ Partner closely with Marketing, Business Operations, Sales Enablement, and Business Unit leadership (RM, ALM, and Digital) to optimize GTM strategies, enhance selling motions, and align resources for team success.
+ Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, standardizing performance tracking and reviewing critical KPIs to ensure high productivity and efficient selling processes.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
+ **10-15 years** of experience as a **Senior Inside Sales Leadership role** .
+ Strong knowledge of **scaling an Inside Sales model** (e.g., 90+ Inside Sales Representatives and 10+ managers) and **driving new business development across key GTM segments** (SMB/Mid-Market).
+ Proven ability in **leading through influence, fostering a positive/competitive culture, and structuring ongoing leadership development programs** for high-potential employees and managers.
+ Demonstrated experience in **collaborating with cross-functional partners** (Sales Operations, Marketing, Recruiting) to position sales teams for success.
