**Job Title:** Quality Assurance Manager
**Location:** Miami, FL (Local candidates only, or ability to relocate on own)
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, First Shift
**Salary Range:** $120,000 – $150,000 per year
Summary
A fully onsite **Quality Assurance Manager** role is available for an experienced professional to lead and oversee all aspects of quality assurance within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, maintain robust quality systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support product quality and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
+ Oversee and maintain company **quality systems** to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
+ Lead, train, and develop QA staff while promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
+ Participate in management meetings to align quality initiatives with business goals.
+ Host and support **FDA inspections** and **GMP audits** .
+ Review and approve **batch records, deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and validation protocols** .
+ Supervise the development and maintenance of **product and raw material specifications** .
+ Review and analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for corrective action.
+ Coordinate and implement **internal quality audits** and track follow-up actions.
+ Manage **customer complaints** , ensuring timely investigation and resolution.
+ Support **international documentation and registration** for products.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent quality standards throughout production and packaging.
+ Recommend and implement **corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)** to maintain product quality and compliance.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Minimum **10 years of experience** in the **pharmaceutical industry** , specifically with **solid oral dosage forms** .
+ In-depth knowledge of **cGMPs** , **FDA regulations** , and **FDA Guidance** .
+ Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
+ Proficient in documentation management and computer systems used in regulated environments.
+ Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
