Description
The position will work with teams across eCommerce, design, engineering, QA, legal, compliance, marketing, operations, and Bunzl sales teams to build and project manager eCommerce products for our Distribution customers. Specific position duties include:
+ Product Depth: Exceptional ability to build eCommerce products that address the needs and desires of both internal and external customers while monitoring project milestones and deliverables.
+ Product Enhancement: Ability to conceptualize and communicate new features for eCommerce sites with the ability to design for the end user.
+ Ability to execute: Drive execution against our roadmap and vision, efficiently bringing our plans and designs to real-life use. Run point on project execution, broader problem solving, and operational issues that come up day-to-day by understanding, finding root cause, designing solutions, and driving closure.
+ Collaboration: Ability to deliver work through self and other team members collaborating closely with eCommerce team, business resources, customers.
+ Research driven: Integrate primary research, usability studies, and meticulous validation processes into your idea generation and product design process.
+ Metrics Oriented: Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products, holding yourself and your team accountable for the goals you set.
+ Technical Partnership: Partner with engineers throughout the development process from idea conception to product launch applying best practices and standards that enhance Bunzl systems.
+ Engagement: Establish and own clear plans for your area of ownership with consensus and excitement across key partners.
Position allows for occasional telecommuting within reasonable distance of reporting office in Morton Grove, Illinois.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field) or foreign degree equivalent; and 3 years of relevant experience.
Must have 3 years of experience with each of the following:
+ eCommerce, information technology, and product ownership experience.
+ Leading automated digital projects affecting many functions, including product, engineering, operations, compliance, and sales using UI Automation (XCUI Test).
+ Developing and implementing CI/CD processes for automated test execution using Jenkins and GitHub.
+ Managing and executing Automation QA programs for mobile point of sale (mPos) applications, building robust frameworks, and participating in Agile spring planning to ensure test cases and QA efforts align with goals.
+ Designing and developing iOS application code and performing comprehensive code reviews using Objective-C.
+ Directing major cross-functional initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.

+ Bunzl salary for this role is $110,000.00 per year.
