Job Summary:
Benefits-Eligible Temporary Role
Provides administrative and clerical support to the Jindal School of Management ( JSOM ) for a temporary, defined period. Responsible for managing daily office operations, coordinating communications, maintaining records, and assisting with departmental needs to ensure efficient workflow. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
.High school graduate or equivalent.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Preferred Qualifications
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
+ Experience working with database systems such as PeopleSoft is preferred.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
