Position Overview:
Sealing Technologies, a Parsons Company, is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Account Manager to strengthen our Growth team. We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and experience working with the U.S. Federal Government. In this role, the Account Manager will report to the Chief Growth Officer and work closely with senior strategists and business analysts to identify, assess, and pursue profitable opportunities.
Within the Account Manager's purview lies the responsibility of closely engaging with customers within their designated accounts to gain a comprehensive understanding of potential business prospects. The Account Manager will harmonize efforts with our technical teams as well as our support teams to address customer-specific use cases, leveraging our Cyber Defense Tools, hardware, software, and professional services. We are actively seeking a driven Account Manager to collaborate with our customers, exploring avenues to enhance their mission effectiveness through the application of our cutting-edge products and services.

Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Perform & lead cybersecurity related engineering tasks as appropriate, including hands-on development.
+ Foster and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
+ Facilitate engagements to understand and gather customer requirements to tailor solutions that align with their business objectives.
+ Lead discussions with potential clients to define the scope and ensure successful implementation and delivery.
+ Create and implement account plans to achieve short and long-term revenue objectives.
+ Attend industry events, gathering intelligence on customer needs, and provide pipeline reporting to C-level staff.
+ Participate in routine business growth planning and strategizing with Leadership.
+ Grow and qualify the opportunity pipeline by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
+ Contribute or lead proposal responses, including storyboarding and win strategy development.
+ Understand customer business problems and demonstrate how to solve them using Sealing Tech's solutions.
+ Facilities efforts to Gather customer requirements and transform the information into efficient and effective solutions utilizing SealingTech products and partner solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ U.S. Citizenship.
+ Ability to obtain a SECRET Security Clearance.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
+ 6+ years of Business Development and/or sales experience supporting the U.S. Federal Government with a demonstrated record of success (Equivalent customer experience may be considered in place of the required years of business development experience).
+ Ability to maintain a solutions sales mentality in an environment with multiple offerings and services.
+ Demonstrated knowledge of Defensive Cyber Operations
+ Demonstrated communication skills; clearly explain detailed business Strategies to C-level audiences.
+ Experience directly supporting proposal development and response (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, TOs).
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Extensive experience with Linux or Unix environments.
+ Experience engaging with U.S. Military forces.
+ Knowledge of U.S. Cyber Mission Force's
+ Experience with high performance computing and/or cross-domain solutions.
