    Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a CNC Operator to join their team. As a CNC Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting machining operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and strong problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** CNC Operator

    **Location:** Saugerties, NY

    **Pay Range:** $23

    **Shift:** First shift: 6am - 4:30pm Monday - Thursday with O/T as needed on Fridays

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate CNC machining centers to produce precision parts

    + Read and interpret manufacturing instructions, drawings, and quality standards

    + Inspect finished products using measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers, and stereo microscopes

    + Troubleshoot and resolve machine or process issues to ensure continuous production

    + Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to PPE requirements

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 1 year experience as a CNC operator or machinist

    + Ability to read and understand technical drawings and instructions

    + Good math skills and mechanical aptitude

    + Knowledge of machine shop tools and equipment

    + Must wear standard or steel toe work boots; PPE provided by the client
