    Our client, a leading organization in the customer service industry, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Rep to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be an essential part of the support department, assisting customers and ensuring their satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities, which will enable you to thrive within the organization and contribute to its success.

    **Pay Range:** $22

    Shift:

    What's the Job?

     

    + Providing detailed explanations of services or products

    + Collaborating with the sales team to improve customer service strategies

    + Reviewing customer accounts and transactions to resolve issues

    + Communicating with customers via in-person, email, chat, phone, or social media channels

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.

    + At least one year of SAP software or CRM experience.

    + High School diploma or GED

    + Ability to pass background checks including federal courts, criminal records, and drug tests

    + Verification of education and employment history

    + Bilingual skills are a plus
