    Our client, a leading organization in the medical device industry, is seeking a dedicated Complaints Investigator to join their team. As a Complaints Investigator, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting product safety and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Complaints Investigator ( 6 Months contract)

    **Location:** Wayne, NJ

    **Pay Range:** $40-45/hr

     

    Shift: AM Shift

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Support the investigation of product complaints for medical devices manufactured by the organization.

    + Evaluate returned products and conduct root cause analyses to identify underlying issues.

    + Review risk assessments, Instructions for Use (IFU), trend data, and other relevant documentation.

    + Document findings clearly and accurately in complaint records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Customer Service to resolve issues effectively.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Ability to conduct engineering investigations and root cause analysis.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Excellent communication skills for documenting and collaborating with teams.

    + Knowledge of regulatory standards such as FDA 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485 is preferred.

    + 3+ Years experience required
