As a **Security Professional – Telecom Facility Patrol** in **Imperial, PA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech and media location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible to those around you. You will interact with people on-site, providing excellent customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and provide a visible presence.

+ Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.

+ Work closely with site personnel and visitors to address questions and provide assistance as needed.

+ Document all incidents, observations, and/or actions taken during the shift in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines.

+ Follow specific directives and instructions related to the technology, media, and telecommunications environment at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
