As a **Security Professional - Unarmed Healthcare Patrol** in **Newtown Square, PA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and fostering a secure atmosphere for all. You will remain visible throughout your shifts, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents as outlined by Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.

+ Assist with managing access control by verifying credentials and monitoring entrances and exits as required.

+ Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, staff, and emergency personnel.

+ Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal management and site leadership.

+ Support a welcoming and secure environment for everyone at the location by maintaining a visible presence during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
