As an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and remaining highly visible throughout the property. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter, helping to deter inappropriate or unauthorized activities.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance needs noted during patrols.

+ Communicate professionally and promptly with property management, tenants, and/or law enforcement as required.

+ Complete required documentation and incident reports in a timely and accurate manner.

+ Support site access control by monitoring entrances and exits when necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Experience in a primarily driving post is preferred.

+ Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
