    Quality Manager

     

    As the **Quality Manager** , you’ll be the driving force behind our commitment to delivering flawless products and exceptional customer satisfaction. You’ll lead a talented quality team and partner cross-functionally to ensure every process, product, and supplier meets the highest standards of performance, reliability, and compliance.

    What You Will Do

    + Lead and develop the Quality department — including Quality Engineers, Technicians, and Supervisors — fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

    + Oversee all plant quality processes and ensure alignment with organizational standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations.

    + Act as the Management Quality Representative, advocating for the customer’s perspective in all decision-making processes.

    + Drive continuous improvement through analysis of quality performance data, root cause investigations, and proactive problem-solving.

    + Partner with Production, Engineering, and Purchasing teams to coordinate quality objectives, ensuring efficient processes and cost optimization.

    + Establish and maintain inspection and testing programs for incoming materials, in-process components, and finished goods.

    + Develop and implement training programs to build quality awareness and technical skill across the organization.

    + Manage and refine systems such as PPAP, APQP, Control Plans, PFMEA, and MSA/GR&R to enhance process capability and consistency.

    + Lead investigations and resolutions for customer complaints and nonconformance issues.

    + Collaborate with suppliers to establish and uphold quality requirements for purchased parts.

    + Analyze and report on key quality metrics, identifying trends and driving corrective and preventive actions.

    + Ensure compliance with applicable quality system standards, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.

    What You Will Need

    + **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.

    + **Experience:**

    + 8+ years in a Quality Management or Quality Supervision role, with proven leadership experience.

    + Demonstrated application of advanced quality tools: SPC, RCCA (8D, 5-Why, A3), DOE, Control Plans, PFMEA, and MSA/GR&R.

    + Experience implementing and maintaining Quality Systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).

    + 6+ years of experience managing supplier quality relationships and negotiations.

    + Strong understanding of the Cost of Quality and how to leverage it for process improvement.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and statistical analysis tools.

    + **Skills & Attributes:**

    + Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

    + Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership.

    + Proven success in driving measurable improvements in quality performance and customer satisfaction.

    **Pay Details:** $110,000.00 to $118,000.00 per year
