Position Overview: As the Lead LVN, you’ll be part of a
multidisciplinary team in a 24-hour care model, overseeing medication
operations and supporting patients in withdrawal management and residential
treatment. This includes:
+ Medication room responsibilities: med calls (7am, 12pm, 5pm), inventory, pharmacy pickups (company car provided), refill coordination, EHR documentation, billing, vitals/scales, and provider communication.
+ Minimal direct patient care – focus is on coordination and documentation.
+ Training staff on medication procedures and ensuring compliance.
+ Accurate and timely documentation is critical – strong written communication skills are a must.
Key Details:
+ Reports to: Site Manager and Site Supervisors
+ Status: Full-Time
+ Pay Rate - $44.18/hr
+ Schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, including one weekend day per week (exact days TBD)
Qualifications:
+ Current California LVN license
+ 2+ years clinical experience or equivalent
+ Strong comfort with medications and care coordination
+ High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
+ EPIC experience highly preferred
+ Substance Use Disorder experience is a plus
+ CPR/First Aid certification (within 90 days of hire)
+ Ability to train staff, maintain compliance, and communicate effectively

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
