Job Title: Process Engineer
Reports To: Lean Leader
Business Unit: Voltage Regulators and/or Network Transformers
Position Objective
Create and maintain efficient manufacturing processes for the metal fabrication feeder line, supporting business needs and driving continuous improvement in alignment with TPS (Toyota Production System) principles.
Key Responsibilities
+ Own and optimize the metal fabrication feeder line process layout and workstation design
+ Lead and execute 2–3 major CapEx projects annually, including milestone planning and Gantt chart development
+ Conduct monthly cycle time analysis and generate value stream reports
+ Perform takt time and capacity analysis to support production efficiency
+ Collaborate in workshops focused on process improvement and lean initiatives
+ Partner with Quality to perform root cause analysis and reduce/eliminate defects
+ Support EHS initiatives by identifying and mitigating risks within the assigned value stream
Required Skills & Tools
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and MS Office
+ Strong understanding of TPS concepts and lean manufacturing principles
+ Intermediate project management skills
+ Ability to interpret and analyze technical data and process metrics
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Process, or Manufacturing Engineering
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or process improvement
+ Intermediate English proficiency

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shreveport, LA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.05 - $40.86/hr.
