Job Title: Senior Environmental Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Environmental Project Manager to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will mentor and train junior staff, manage projects, and conduct site assessments and remediation. They will also be responsible for creating detailed reports and ensuring compliance with NJDEP requirements.
Responsibilities
+ Mentor and train junior staff members.
+ Create comprehensive reports and manage projects effectively.
+ Conduct thorough site assessments and remediation.
+ Write NJDEP-compliant reports.
+ Handle environmental remediation and compliance tasks.
+ Engage in utility projects, soil sampling, and site assessment.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum of 7 years of experience in site remediation.
+ Proficiency in environmental remediation and compliance.
+ Experience with NJDEP, Phase 1's and Phase 2's.
+ Strong report writing and project management skills.
+ Due diligence and utilities engineering expertise.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Licensed state remediation professional.
+ Experience in utility projects is a plus.
Work Environment
The role is preferred to be on-site five days a week, with potential for a hybrid arrangement for the right candidate. This is an opportunity to grow in an environmental division within a multidisciplinary engineering firm.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denville, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
