    Overview

    **Position:** Physical Therapist - Outpatient Ortho/Oncology

    **Location:** 37200 North Gantzel Road, Suite 260 Queen Creek, AZ 85140

    **Incentives:** Up to$15,000 Bonus and $350/Month Student Loan Repayment

    **Schedule:** Full-Time,Monday-Friday, including 2 evenings

    **Compensation:** Salaried, starting at $75,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Bonus and Indefinite Student Loan Repayment

     

    Our **Banner Physical Therapy** center in **Queen Creek** is looking for a licensed **physical therapist** with a special interest in oncology to provide exceptional patient care experiences on a full time basis as part of our growing ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation program. We currently have a team of 5 full-time PTs who treat a diverse patient caseload. Caseload will be primarily orthopedics with the opportunity to work along the ReVital program director to grow the oncology caseload.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties

    + Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs

    + Complete and maintain required trainings

    + Maintain compliance with government regulations

    + Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy

    + Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice

    + CPR certified

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Interest/experience in cancer rehabilitation
