    Job Title: Paid Media Specialist | Digital Marketing | Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

    About Us:

    We’re a fast-growing marketing team looking for a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to drive performance across multiple digital channels. You’ll work closely with the Paid Media Lead to manage campaigns, optimize creative, analyze performance, and report actionable insights to the wider team.     What You’ll Do:

    + Manage and optimize daily paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital channels.

    + Set up campaigns, configure budgets, monitor pacing, and identify optimization opportunities.

    + Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to maximize performance.

    + Track KPIs, analyze performance, and deliver insights via weekly and monthly reports.

    + Identify inefficiencies in campaign workflows and recommend improvements.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and marketing teams on campaign strategy and execution.

    + Stay up-to-date on platform best practices, emerging trends, and new ad technologies.

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For:

    + 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns.

    + Proven success with Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads (bonus: Pinterest Ads or Google Ads).

    + Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, Looker Studio, or similar analytics platforms.

    + Ability to run A/B tests, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for performance.

    + Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex performance insights to non-technical stakeholders.

    + Detail-oriented, self-starter, and proactive problem solver.

    + Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize campaigns is a plus.
