What’s Required:
+ Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan
+ Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred)
+ Minimum of 3 years of acute care nursing experience
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills
+ Ability to assess skill levels and develop orientation plans
+ Commitment to professional growth
+ Ability to lift more than 35 pounds

+ Support Munson Healthcare’s Mission, Vision, and Values
+ Lead and collaborate on educational programs for nursing staff
+ Maintain quality standards for all training initiatives
+ Prepare and maintain reports for regulatory compliance
+ Promote safety and use effective interpersonal skills
+ Perform other duties as assigned
