A Taste of What You'll Do

Join our Corporate Security team as a Security Operations Dispatcher and be part of a collaborative group that protects people, property and company assets across our sites. Under general supervision, you will monitor computer-based security systems in the Operational Center, initiate and coordinate responses to alarms or incidents, dispatch internal and external personnel, and follow tactical procedures through to resolution. You’ll communicate clearly and professionally with police, fire and emergency services as well as Security leadership, officers and senior management, documenting events and developing reports or special projects as assigned.

This role values judgment, discretion and ownership: you’ll identify maintenance issues, coordinate repairs with Alarm and Fire Technicians, assist with preventive testing, monitor vehicle and pedestrian flow, and support scheduling for Executive Drivers and Security staff when needed. You’ll exercise confidentiality, comply with quality, environmental and safety requirements, and maintain reliable attendance. We look for people who demonstrate intrapreneurship—thinking boldly, taking initiative, learning from mistakes—and who hold themselves and others accountable while fostering respectful, effective relationships.

We are committed to an inclusive workplace where diverse perspectives strengthen our work. If you bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a calm, decisive approach to incident coordination, you’ll thrive here.
