    What Makes You a Perfect Fit:

    + Proven experience as an automotive technician (Ford experience a plus!)

    + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    + Strong diagnostic and repair skills

    + A positive attitude and a desire to grow with a team

    + ASE or manufacturer certifications preferred (but not required for all levels)
