In addition to employee benefits, there are a wide range of advancement opportunities throughout the Department of Revenue. *_DUTIES_* *Job Overview:* This position resides in theCannabis and Alcohol Regulation Division__ofDepartment of Revenue.Duties include managing inquiries and appeals, drafting documents such as proposed department actions, compliance verification letters, settlement agreements; conducting informal resolutions, negotiating settlement agreements for compliance cases, and educating licensees about cannabis and alcohol regulations. This position is responsible for monitoring, tracking, and coordinating cases with other staff; working with the Legal Services Office and the Office of Dispute Resolution and responding to inquiries as the compliance business expert; training other staff, and determining appropriate actions related to compliance issues.
