In addition to employee benefits, there are a wide range of advancement opportunities throughout the Department of Revenue. *_DUTIES_* *Job Overview:* This position resides in theCannabis and Alcohol Regulation Division__ofDepartment of Revenue.Duties include managing inquiries and appeals, drafting documents such as proposed department actions, compliance verification letters, settlement agreements; conducting informal resolutions, negotiating settlement agreements for compliance cases, and educating licensees about cannabis and alcohol regulations. This position is responsible for monitoring, tracking, and coordinating cases with other staff; working with the Legal Services Office and the Office of Dispute Resolution and responding to inquiries as the compliance business expert; training other staff, and determining appropriate actions related to compliance issues. This position would be required to report to the Department of Revenue office assigned by the supervisor. Employees must meet and sustain Department of Revenue telework eligibility requirements and supervisor's approval to participate in the DOR Telework Program.
