Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for Certified Medical Assistants (CMA) that would be interested in a 13 Week Contract Position at a Specialty Clinic in Northbrook, IL. Additional details of the contract are below:
Position: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
Pay Rate: $25 per hour
Schedule:
+ Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
+ Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
+ Every other Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
+ Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
+ Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
+ (4–5 shifts per week)
Contract Length: 13 weeks, starting November 24, 2025
Duties:
+ Assist physicians and nursing staff in Gastroenterology, Gynecology, and Phlebotomy procedures
+ Provide patient care and support during exams and treatments
+ Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection as needed
+ Maintain accurate documentation and ensure smooth clinic operations
+ Support administrative tasks to enhance patient flow and efficiency
Requirements:
+ Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential
+ Available for ASAP start
+ Experience in GI, Gynecology, and phlebotomy preferred
+ Strong clinical and patient support skills
+ Ability to work 4–5 shifts per week on the outlined schedule
