    Position Description:

    Performs responsible and complex administrative support or technical program assistance work. Work is performed under general supervision from the administrator. Direct supervision of subordinate personnel may be included in the job responsibilities.

    Major/Essential Functions:

    This position provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the Associate Vice President for Advancement (AVP). This position plays a key role in coordinating communications, managing calendars, document preparation, while serving as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

     

    + Manage the AVP’s calendar, travel arrangements, and daily scheduling needs, ensuring preparedness through briefing materials and timely coordination.

    + Process p-card reconciliations and travel expense reports for donor relations, stewardship, and events staff.

    + Communicate clearly and accurately with all internal and external constituents calling and visiting the office.

    + Liaise with internal departments and external partners to support departmental initiatives and ensure smooth project execution.

    + Manage efficient and secure transfer of confidential documents including but not limited to incoming/outgoing mail.

    + Assist in the coordination of logistics for meetings, special projects, donor receptions, and high-level campus visits.

    + Draft, proofread and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and donor stewardship letters in collaboration with relevant staff.

    + Coordinate with the administrative staff on projects as needed.

    Bachelor's degree in clerical/administrative area. Two years progressively responsible administrative or related experience, including one-year supervisory experience. Additional job related experience may substitute for required education on a year-for-year basis.

    Hourly Pay Range:

    $19.47 - $25.29 - $31.15
